What is Broker Dedicated Connection?

Broker Dedicated Connection is a premium API connectivity solution designed for brokers and high-volume API users who require faster, more reliable access to Bybit's trading infrastructure.

Unlike the standard public API gateway shared by all users, Broker Dedicated Connection provides a dedicated routing path. This helps reduce network congestion and interference, resulting in lower latency, improved stability, and more consistent trading performance.

Access is subject to Bybit's review and approval process.

How to apply

1. Obtain broker approval

Ensure that your broker account has been approved by a Bybit Broker Account Manager.

2. Submit your application

Contact us at api_services@bybit.com or through your dedicated broker support group.

3. Provide the following details

1. Entity name
2. Main UID
3. Estimated API throughput
4. IP addresses or CIDR ranges (maximum of 10)

4. Wait for review

The standard processing time is 3 business days.

Ongoing eligibility

Bybit conducts quarterly trading volume reviews for all connected clients to ensure continued eligibility for Broker Dedicated Connection.

Clients who do not meet the required trading volume threshold may have their access reviewed. To remain eligible, participants are encouraged to maintain consistent trading activity.
