Event rules
- Each participant may receive a maximum of three (3) chances to open a Mystery Box during the campaign period: one (1) upon registering for the campaign, one (1) upon applying for a Bybit Card, and one (1) upon completing their first deposit of 100 USDT or its equivalent in another virtual asset.
- Upon completing the three (3) eligible actions, the user will have the opportunity to choose a Mystery Box each time. Among all available Mystery Boxes, only one (1) will contain the prize: one ticket to the Argentina vs. Austria match at the World Cup 2026 in Dallas, USA.
Terms and Conditions
This event is valid from May 27, 2026, at 00:00 (UTC) until June 12, 2026, at 00:00 (UTC).
Participation in the promotion is free of charge and carries no obligation to purchase or contract any product or service; entry is obtained at no cost by registering through the 'Regístrate ahora' button. Certain optional tasks do not affect the free nature of participation.
Promotion sponsored by Bybit. This Promotion is organized and offered by Bybit Fintech Limited (BTL), Bybit Virtual Asset Platform Operator Limited (BVPO), and/or any other affiliated Bybit entity responsible for providing services in the participant's applicable jurisdiction (collectively, “Bybit”). In Argentina, the accounts and cards associated with this Promotion are opened, managed, and issued by LuzPay and the other entities responsible under the applicable jurisdiction, with the relevant local entity being responsible for the provision of services and the user onboarding process. The Bybit entity applicable to each participant will depend on the participant's country of residence and the Terms of Service governing their account.
This promotion is valid only for legal residents of Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Paraguay, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Bolivia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and possess a Bybit Platform User account with completed identity verification.
Participants may obtain one (1) participation opportunity upon registering for the event through the designated registration page.
The following actions are entirely optional and do not affect a participant's eligibility, participation, or chances of winning:
a) Applying for a Bybit Card.
b) Make a first deposit of at least one hundred (100) USDT or its equivalent in another virtual asset.
The first deposit task is valid only for users who have never made a deposit before the start of the event.
Each participant may receive a maximum of three (3) opportunities during the event period, regardless of the number of eligible actions completed.
The Mystery Box prize consists exclusively of one (1) ticket to the Argentina vs. Austria match of the 2026 World Cup in Dallas, United States of America. Any expense not expressly included in the prize, including flights, transportation, accommodation, visas, insurance, vaccinations, or other travel requirements, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
There will be only one (1) winner in the lucky draw. The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrencies, or any other goods or services.
The winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining all documentation necessary to travel and for complying with all immigration, health, and entry requirements imposed by the competent authorities of both the country of origin and the destination country. The Organizer shall not be responsible if the winner is unable to use the prize due to failure to comply with such requirements.
The prize will be awarded through a draw among all participants who have completed, at a minimum, registration for the event and meet the eligibility requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.
Together with the potential winner, three (3) alternate winners will be selected. The order of priority of the alternates will be determined based on the date and time of registration for the event. If the original winner does not respond to the Organizer's contact, rejects the prize, or fails to meet the established requirements, the first alternate winner will be contacted. The same procedure will apply successively to the remaining alternates.
The winner will be contacted through the email address associated with their Bybit Platform User account within the business days following the end of the event. The winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of notification. If the winner has not yet been contacted by Bybit or wishes to contact Bybit beforehand, they may do so through the official Bybit LATAM Instagram account.
If the winner and the three (3) alternate winners fail to respond within five (5) calendar days following the respective contact made by the Organizer, or reject the prize, the draw will be declared void.
By participating in the Event, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be collected and processed by Bybit for the purposes of administering the Event, verifying participants’ eligibility, contacting participants and winners, delivering prizes, and publicly announcing the winners.
The personal data required for participation may include the participant’s full name, identification document, country of residence, contact information, Bybit account information, and, where applicable, image. Providing such data is necessary to participate in the Event. The Organizer may share such data with affiliated entities, service providers, and competent authorities where required by law.
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to administer the Event and comply with applicable legal obligations. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, and any other applicable data protection rights by contacting the organizing entity through the official Bybit Latam Instagram account.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, winners authorize the Organizer to publish their name, surname, country of residence, and image for promotional purposes related to the Event without entitlement to additional compensation.
Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any user who engages in improper, fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive activities.
Participation in the event implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Bybit may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, or amend these terms, only where required by force majeure or other causes beyond its reasonable control, or by a competent authority or applicable law, giving notice to participants by the same means used to publish the promotion whenever reasonably possible.
