GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PORTAL OF TOMORROW. TOMORROWLAND BRASIL
• Tomorrowland Brasil (“Event”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the participants (“Users” or “Visitors”), the organizer, and any third parties involved.
• Access to the Event is conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms, which shall occur through active selection at the time of ticket issuance and/or through access to and presence at the Event.
DEFINITIONS
• Acceptance: Agreement with these Terms, expressed at the time of ticket issuance and/or access to the Event.
• User/Visitor: Natural person who issues a ticket and/or accesses the Event.
• Official Channel: Official platform indicated by the Organizer for ticket issuance.
• Event: Portal of Tomorrow, to be held at Parque Villa-Lobos, in São Paulo/SP, in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, on May 1, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Organizer: Promoted and organized by WEAREONE.WORLD BRASIL LTDA., a limited liability company registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 71.736.037/0001-20, with headquarters at Rua Madre Maria Basília, No. 580, ZIP Code: 13.300-003, Itu, SP.
• Ticket: Digital document (QR Code) that grants the User the right to access the Event, under the terms and conditions established herein. After the ticket is issued through the Official Channel, the User will receive an e-ticket and a confirmation e-mail, it being certain that only the QR Code shall be considered valid for access to the Event.
• QR Code: Unique, personal and non-transferable digital code, generated through the Official Channel, which represents the User’s ticket and allows access to the Event upon electronic validation. The QR Code is valid for a single use, being automatically invalidated after its first reading, and may also be blocked or canceled by the Organizer in case of improper use, duplication, attempted commercialization, unauthorized sharing, or breach of these Terms.
• Valid Official Document: The following are valid Official Documents for accessing the Event: (i) for Brazilians: national official identity document with photo (RG issued less than ten years ago and in good condition), National Driver’s License (CNH), passport, functional identity card, all within the validity period described in such documents and in good condition; or (ii) for foreigners: passport, in its original form or as a copy authenticated by a Brazilian entity.
• INTI: IT.ART TECNOLOGIA S.A., a company registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 23.823.212/0001-74, established at Rua Cristiano Viana, 401 – Suite 1502, 15th floor – Pinheiros – São Paulo/SP – ZIP Code: 05411-000, a third-party service provider that operates the online platform for the sale, issuance and management of Event Products and/or Services. When using INTI’s online platform to purchase Event Products and/or Services, the Purchaser must read, understand and approve the Third-Party Terms and Conditions provided by INTI, without prejudice to the Organizer’s Terms and Conditions, which shall also apply.
• Privacy Policies: Correspond to the set of policies applicable to the processing of personal data within the scope of the Event, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy available at: https://brasil.tomorrowland.com/pt/informacoes-de-vendas/politica-de-privacidade/, among others that may eventually apply. The acquisition and/or use of Event Products and/or Services, as well as participation in the Event, are conditioned upon reading, understanding and full acceptance of said Policies by the Purchasers and Visitors.
CLAUSE 1 – ACCESS TO THE EVENT
1.1. Access to the Event is conditioned upon prior purchase and issuance of a digital ticket, and is subject to capacity limitation and ticket availability.
1.2. The ticket shall be made available exclusively through the Official Channel, by means of a QR Code.
1.3. Access to the Event shall be subject to the maximum capacity of the venue.
1.4. Access to the Event is restricted to persons over 18 (eighteen) years of age, and the presentation of a valid official photo ID is mandatory to prove age, at any time, at the discretion of the organization. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in denial of access to the Event, without the right to any compensation.
1.5. Access to the Event shall be conditioned upon compliance with the security and conduct rules established by the Organizer, including the prohibition of entry with certain items. The complete list of prohibited items shall be described in Annex I to these Terms and Conditions and may be updated at any time by the Organizer for reasons of security, legal compliance or operational reasons.
1.6. The Organizer may deny entry to or remove from the Event, at any time, any person who (i) is in possession of prohibited items, (ii) displays inappropriate, aggressive behavior or behavior contrary to the Event rules, or (iii) poses a risk to security, order, the well-being of the other participants or the integrity of the Event, at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
1.7. Entry to the Event shall be permitted exclusively until 7:00 PM on the day it takes place, and access after such time shall not be authorized, regardless of possession of a valid ticket. The Purchaser and/or Visitor acknowledges and agrees that failure to arrive within the entry time limit shall imply the loss of the right to access the Event, and no indemnification, compensation or rescheduling shall be due.
CLAUSE 2 – TICKET
2.1. The purchase and redemption of tickets shall be carried out exclusively through the Inti Tecnologia platform (“INTI”), or another that may replace it, at the Organizer’s discretion. After purchase confirmation, the Purchaser must access the indicated platform to redeem the ticket and obtain the respective e-ticket (QR Code), which shall constitute the only valid means of access to the Event. The Purchaser is advised to exercise caution when making the purchase in order to avoid scams by unauthorized agents.
2.1.1. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that ticket redemption on the platform is an indispensable condition for its use, and that the simple confirmation e-mail shall not be sufficient for purposes of access to the Event. In addition, the platform INTI’s own terms and conditions of use shall apply (especially regarding registration, validation, transfer, cancellation and other operational functionalities).
2.2. The Organizer shall not be responsible for Tickets acquired through unofficial sales channels. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to the Event to persons holding Tickets acquired through unofficial sales channels, without any right to indemnification or refund by the Organizer
2.3. It is prohibited to sell Event Products and/or Services or to offer Event Products and/or Services in any other way, commercially or promotionaly, directly or indirectly, to third parties. In such situations, holders of the Tickets may be denied access to the Event, without any right to indemnification or refund by the Organizer.
2.4. Counterfeiting of Tickets, Wristbands or any other Event Products and/or Services constitutes a civil and criminal offense, pursuant to the applicable legislation, and the Organizer reserves the right to adopt all appropriate measures, whether administrative, extrajudicial or judicial, in the event of suspicion or confirmation of such practice.
2.5. The sale of tickets to the Event may occur in different phases, as defined by the Organizer, including, but not limited to: (i) exclusive advance sale for Bybit customers (“Bybit Advance Sale”); and (ii) sale intended for the general public (“General Public Sale”).
2.5.1. The sale for Bybit customers shall begin on April 20, 2026 and shall continue until tickets are sold out.
2.5.2. The General Public Sale shall begin on April 22, 2026 and may remain available while tickets remain, subject to the Event’s capacity limit.
2.5.3. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, alter, bring forward, extend, suspend or end any of the sales phases, including as to the dates initially informed, without prior notice being required.
2.5.4. The availability of tickets in each phase is limited and does not guarantee the User the right to purchase in subsequent phases.
2.6. Types of tickets:The following types of tickets shall be made available: Bybit VIP Area, in half-price and full-price modalities - exclusive for Bybit customers, under the terms of Clauses 3 and 4. General public, in half-price and full-price modalities.
2.7. Half-price ticket
2.7.1. The Half-Price ticket shall be available only to Brazilian citizens and shall be applied in accordance with the legal provisions in force at the time of Ticket purchase. On the date of publication of these General Terms and Conditions, the following natural persons are entitled to the Half-Price benefit:
(i) Brazilian student: Pursuant to Federal Law No. 12.933/13, this is the person who proves student status by presenting a Student Identity Card (CIE), in accordance with the nationally standardized single model and with digital certification, or a student document in a national standard, issued by the National Association of Graduate Students (ANPG), National Union of Students (UNE), Brazilian Union of Secondary Students (UBES), State and Municipal Entities, Central Student Directories (DCE), Centers and Academic Directories of Secondary and Higher Education, or other educational entities and associations representing students, including full name, date of birth, recent photo, name of the educational institution, level of education and effective expiration date.
Attention: bank slip, enrollment statement, screenshots from educational institution websites and other similar documents are not suitable documents to prove student status.
(ii) Elderly person (person aged 60 years or older): Pursuant to Federal Law No. 10.741/2003 (Elderly Statute), this is the person who proves to be 60 (sixty) years of age or older on the date of participation in the Event, by presenting an official photo ID issued by a public authority and valid throughout the national territory.
(iii) Person with disability and their companion, when necessary: Pursuant to Federal Law No. 12.933/13, this is the person who presents the Social Assistance Continued Benefit card for the person with disability, or a document issued by the National Social Security Institute – INSS proving retirement in accordance with the criteria established in Supplementary Law No. 142, of May 8, 2013, together with an official photo ID issued by a public authority and valid throughout the national territory. When the person with disability requires accompaniment, the benefit shall be granted to 1 (one) companion upon presentation of a declaration of need for accompaniment and an official photo ID issued by a public authority and valid throughout the national territory.
(iv) Professionals from state and municipal public schools in the State of São Paulo (principals, pedagogical coordinators, supervisors and holders of auxiliary positions): Pursuant to State Law No. 15.298/14, these are those who prove that they perform one of the aforementioned functions by presenting a functional card or payslip together with an official photo ID issued by a public authority and valid throughout the national territory.
(v) Teachers from public schools in the State of São Paulo: Pursuant to State Law No. 14.729/12, these are those who prove that they perform said function by presenting the functional card issued by the São Paulo State Department of Education or a payslip together with an official photo ID issued by a public authority and valid throughout the national territory.
(vi) Low-income young people aged 18 to 29 (registered in the Federal Government’s Single Registry for Social Programs and with a monthly family income of up to 2 minimum wages): Pursuant to Federal Law No. 12.933/13, these are those who present proof of registration in the Federal Government’s Single Registry for Social Programs validly issued by the government and an official photo ID issued by a public authority and valid throughout the national territory.
2.7.2. If the document presented to prove the Visitor’s Half-Price status (i) does not contain a photo, a Valid Official Document must also be presented and/or (ii) in the case of students, if it does not have an expiration date, a document proving enrollment or attendance in the current semester must also be presented (example: proof of payment of the latest tuition installment paid).
CLAUSE 3 – VIP AREA AND EARLY ACCESS – BYBIT CUSTOMERS
3.1. The Organizer shall make available a sales phase with early access for the purchase of tickets, exclusive to customers of the Bybit platform (“Bybit Early Access”).
3.2. Bybit Early Access shall occur for a limited period, as provided in clause 2.5.1., and may be ended at any time due to the Event’s capacity being sold out or by decision of the Organizer.
3.3. Participation in Bybit Early Access is subject to ticket availability, and the User’s right to issue a ticket is not guaranteed, even if all requirements provided in these Terms are met. Access to issuance shall occur through an online queue system, and the User may be unable to complete issuance due to tickets being sold out.
3.4. To participate in Bybit Early Access, the User must have an active account on the Bybit platform, in accordance with the conditions and instructions available at: https://www.bybit.com/promo/campaign/tomorrowlandcountdown.
3.4.1. The ticket must be paid for exclusively with a Bybit card; the mere opening of an account does not guarantee access to the advance sale or to the ticket.
3.5. Each Bybit customer may issue up to 2 (two) tickets during the Bybit Early Access period, it being certain that all participants linked to the issued tickets must have an active account on the Bybit platform.
3.6. Failure to comply with any of the requirements provided in this clause may result in cancellation of the ticket and/or denial of access to the Event or to specific areas, without the right to any compensation.
3.7. The creation, maintenance and use of an account on the Bybit platform are subject to Bybit’s own terms of service, available at https://www.bybit.com/promo/campaign/tomorrowlandcountdown in addition to other policies made available on the Bybit website.
CLAUSE 4 – VIP AREA
4.1. Customers of the Bybit platform may have access to an exclusive VIP area at the Event (“Bybit VIP Area”), subject to availability and the conditions established by the Organizer.
4.1.1. Access to the Bybit VIP Area is strictly conditioned upon the cumulative fulfillment of the following requirements:
(i) ownership of an active account on the Bybit platform;
(ii) purchase of the ticket using a Bybit card; and
(iii) selection and purchase of the ticket corresponding to the Bybit VIP Area at the time of purchase.
4.1.1.1. Failure to comply with any of these requirements shall prevent access to the Bybit VIP Area.
4.2. The availability of tickets (QR Code) for the Event, including during Bybit Early Access, is limited, and the User’s right to purchase is not guaranteed, even if the requirements provided in these Terms are met.
4.3. Once the ticket (QR Code) has been duly issued, access to the Bybit VIP Area shall be ensured exclusively to Users who have fully complied with the requirements provided in clause 4.1.1, subject to the entry and stay conditions established by the Organizer.
4.4. Access to the Bybit VIP Area may be conditioned upon proof of ownership of an active account on the Bybit platform, through presentation of valid evidence, at any time, at the Organizer’s discretion.
4.5. The Organizer may adopt operational measures for flow control, security and stay within the Bybit VIP Area, including temporary limitation of access.
CLAUSE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. If the Purchaser purchased Event Products and/or Services online from the Organizer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase within up to 7 (seven) consecutive days counted from the date of purchase, provided that the Purchaser exercises their right of withdrawal, in the last instance, up to 2 business days before the first day of the Event, through the “cancel button” in their user area on the INTI platform, in the user area, or by writing to info@tomorrowlandbrasil.com.
5.2. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, under the terms above, the Purchaser shall be entitled to a full refund of the price paid by the Purchaser for the Ticket, including any fees.
5.3. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the Purchaser shall receive the refund in accordance with the conditions imposed by the credit card administrator or by the bank, and the refund may only be credited on the next invoice or a subsequent one, according to the invoice closing date.
5.4. If the Purchaser made the purchase via PIX, they shall receive the refund by bank account deposit, within up to 7 business days, counted from the request and delivery of the documents/data required for the procedure.
5.5. The only circumstance for cancellation and refund of the amounts paid for the tickets and any products and/or services of the event is the exercise of the right of withdrawal provided in this clause. For the sake of clarity, no other circumstance, including partial changes in the Event schedule or lineup, or partial cancellation, gives rise to the right to total or partial cancellation and refund of the amounts paid for the tickets and any products and/or services of the event, nor authorizes the exchange of a ticket from one day of the event to another.
CLAUSE 6 – USE OF IMAGE
6.1. By issuing the ticket and/or accessing the Event, the User authorizes, free of charge, irrevocably, irretractably, for an indefinite term and on a global basis, the use of their image, name, voice and other personality attributes by the Organizer, as well as by its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, commercial partners and third parties authorized by it, for institutional, promotional, advertising, commercial and disclosure purposes, directly or indirectly linked to the Event and to the brands associated with it.
6.2. The authorization hereby granted encompasses, without limitation, the capture, fixation, editing, assembly, adaptation, translation, synchronization, reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, making available, licensing and exhibition of the User’s image and voice, in whole or in part, in any means, media and formats, physical or digital, existing or that may be developed, including, but not limited to, free-to-air or subscription television, radio, cinema, printed media, out-ofhome (OOH) media, websites, applications, digital platforms, social networks (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, among others), streaming platforms, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, institutional content and any other communication channels, including in association with the Organizer’s and third parties’ brands, products and services.
6.3. The User further authorizes the use of their image individually or together with that of third parties, and there may be editing, cuts, overlays, insertion of brands, products, services, soundtracks, subtitles or any other adaptations, provided that there is no distortion of their image.
CLAUSE 7 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Organizer does not guarantee the holding of specific attractions, artists, activations or previously disclosed experiences, and changes may occur in the program, without this generating any right to compensation.
7.2. The Event shall be held in an open space and is subject to weather, operational, technical and security conditions, and may undergo changes of date, time, location, format or program, at any time, at the Organizer’s discretion.
7.3. The Organizer may also suspend, interrupt, postpone or cancel the Event, in whole or in part, for reasons of fortuitous event, force majeure, determinations by competent authorities or any circumstances that may compromise the safety, feasibility or carrying out of the Event, without this generating the right to any compensation or indemnification.
7.4. The Organizer may cancel, at any time, tickets issued in disagreement with these Terms, including, but not limited to, cases of fraud, improper use, attempted commercialization or failure to comply with eligibility requirements, without the right to any compensation.
7.5. Digital cameras and/or video cameras are permitted at the venue, except for professional and semi-professional equipment. However, audio or video recordings and transmissions of the entirety or of a substantial part of the Event presentations by any means are prohibited.
7.6. The artists, the Organizer and any third parties involved in carrying out the Event may not be held liable for damages, losses, thefts, robberies or misplacement of Visitors’ personal belongings, nor for accidents or incidents of any nature occurring during the Event, except in cases where willful misconduct or fault directly attributable to the Organizer is proven, under the applicable legislation.
The Visitor is fully responsible for safeguarding their belongings and for their conduct during the Event.
7.7. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in denial of access to or removal from the Event, without the right to any compensation.
7.8. The User is fully responsible for the safekeeping, confidentiality and use of their ticket (QR Code), and the Organizer shall not be responsible for losses, improper sharing, copies or use by third parties.
7.9. Services provided by third parties, including technological platforms, commercial partners and sponsors, are governed by their own terms and conditions, and the Organizer shall not be responsible for their availability, operation or rules.
7.10. If any provision of these Terms is considered invalid, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective, producing all of their effects.
7.11. Any tolerance by the Organizer regarding non-compliance with any provisions of these Terms shall be considered mere liberality and shall not constitute novation, waiver or alteration of the conditions established herein.
7.12. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Organizer in relation to the Event, replacing any previous understandings, communications or agreements.
7.13. The User declares, for all purposes, that they have read, understood and fully agree with these Terms, as well as with the applicable Privacy Policies, being aware of all conditions applicable to access to and participation in the Event, including, but not limited to, entry rules, capacity limitations, use of image, eligibility requirements and the other provisions set forth herein.
7.14. The Organizer may, at any time and at its sole discretion, alter, update or modify these Terms by publishing the updated version on the official channels, and the new conditions shall produce effects immediately after their disclosure, it being the User’s responsibility to consult them periodically.
Part of the Event’s ticketing revenue shall be allocated to social initiatives supported by the Tomorrowland Foundation, aimed at the development of children and young people, with a focus on expanding opportunities and strengthening skills.
ANNEX I – PROHIBITED ITEMS
• Following the Event guidelines, the objects listed below exemplify, in a non-exhaustive manner, which items shall not be permitted, regardless of whether they are in the Visitor’s possession or have been brought by third parties on their behalf or for their benefit. The organization reserves the right to alter the list of objects whenever and if it deems necessary: Firearms and bladed weapons of any type or kind (knives, pocket knives, etc.); Umbrellas or parasols (of any size); Pendants, heavy chains; Pointed objects (pens, hair sticks, etc.); Cutting or piercing objects (scissors, nail clippers, razor blades, etc.); Any material or object whose size or weight may cause injuries; Balloons in general; juggling items and similar; Fireworks and firecrackers (of any kind); Skateboards, scooters, bicycles and similar items; helmets; Toxic substances; alcoholic beverages; Speakers or any appliance and/or object and/or device that produces sounds or noises; Medicines (except if accompanied by a medical prescription); Flags with poles; flags without poles and/or signs exceeding the size of 60 cm x 40 cm (smaller dimensions than the aforementioned are authorized provided that they do not present material of a political, religious, offensive nature and/or inciting violence); Paper rolls of any kind, newspapers, magazines, books and any advertising material; Containers, cans, bottles, glass cups or any other type of packaging containing beverages or soft drinks of any nature which, directly or indirectly, may cause injury in the event of isolated or generalized physical exertion; Electronic cigarette, vape or similar; Professional or semi-professional cameras (interchangeable lens and/or optical zoom greater than 1 inch), camcorders, action cams (gopro® and/or similar), recorders; selfie sticks; laser pointers (of any color and power); tablets and notebooks; drones; Bags and backpacks – entry of any bag larger than 60cm x 40cm is prohibited; backpacks are prohibited in all sizes.
• Food – entry of food intended for commercial purposes or that poses risks to the safety of the public is prohibited.
• Entry shall not be permitted to any person who displays violent, aggressive behavior or behavior contrary to morals or public order or who refuses to dispose of non-permitted or unauthorized objects.
ANNEX 2 - HOUSE RULES
• The Event intends to be a safe place, where everyone feels welcome and comfortable, where no one is subjected to discrimination or harassment. We want everyone, regardless of gender, orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity or disability, to be able to be themselves, feel safe and be treated with respect at the Event. To this end, we expect all Visitors to behave responsibly and in accordance with the following House Rules. Always seek to be the best version of yourself!
• The House Rules are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and are also posted at the entrance to the Event.
TICKETS
• The Organizer and/or third parties authorized by it reserve the right to verify the Visitor’s identity when checking the Ticket, including by using facial recognition technology. If a Valid Official Document is not presented, security is authorized to refuse the Visitor’s access to the Event. If it is found that a Visitor presented a false identity document or another person’s document, this shall be considered the crime of false identity statement and/or document forgery and their entry to the Event shall be refused, without prejudice to the adoption of the applicable civil and criminal measures;
• Tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the Organizer’s prior authorization, and the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Ticket(s) in such cases, without any refund and/or indemnification;
• Tickets may not be resold. The Organizer does not guarantee the right to enter the Event to those who have acquired Ticket(s) from third parties.
• The Organizer also reserves the right to cancel the Tickets if it verifies that the Tickets were put up for resale despite this prohibition. The costs resulting from such cancellation may be charged to the Purchaser; Counterfeiting of Tickets and vouchers shall be reported to the competent authorities and the responsible party may be investigated and prosecuted;
ACCESS CONTROL
• The minimum age to access the Event is 18 years. Minors are not allowed to enter, even if accompanied by a legal guardian, or even if emancipated;
• For your safety, the Event shall have a broad security team and an event control center structure;
• A broad monitoring network shall be implemented with security cameras to monitor publicactions, and may include cameras with facial recognition technology;
• Access control is based on the applicable legislation, and the entry of weapons and dangerous objects that may negatively impact the proper running of the Event or put Visitors’ safety at risk is prohibited;
• Entry to the Event may be refused and/or Visitors may be removed (without the right to refund or indemnification) if, in the opinion of the Organizer or its representatives, a Visitor is or may reasonably be considered a danger to themselves and/or to other Visitors, including, for example, if the Visitor: Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; Is in possession of drugs or dealing drugs; Has previously been refused entry at other events organized by the Organizer or other authorities; Displays behavior or wears clothing, accessories or items clearly intended to disturb the peace, provoke or incite violence, hatred, anger, xenophobia, racism, etc.; Puts the lives of other Visitors at risk; Harasses other Visitors, causing them to feel at risk; Is in possession of prohibited items, under the terms of this instrument and the law; Refuses to be searched by authorized security personnel; Refuses or fails to comply with the Event Terms and Conditions and Policies; Is a fugitive from justice.
• WOMEN’S SAFETY = NO SEXUAL HARASSMENT OR VIOLENCE. The Event does not tolerate any form of threat, harassment or sexual violence or discrimination of any kind.
• According to Brazilian law, committing sexual harassment is a crime and the Organizer or security team may refer any person involved in such actions to the competent police authorities.
• Women who feel in danger at any time during the Event may contact the Event security staff or go directly to the security service, information desk or Visitor assistance service.
• Our team shall indicate a person to accompany you safely to your car or means of transportation or, if you wish, notify the police. The security team may also restrain the harasser, remove them from the Event and/or refer them to the competent authorities.
SECURITY CHECK
• Entry to the Event implies Acceptance of all prevention and control measures taken by the Organizer or security team, including personal searches and searches of suitcases, bags and other personal belongings;
• Any person wishing to enter the Event may be searched by authorized security personnel before gaining access to the Event, always in accordance with the applicable local laws and regulations;
• Members of the security team have the right to confiscate objects considered dangerous and/or non-permitted, at the Organizer’s sole discretion;
• All persons present at the Event must always comply with the instructions and guidance of the Organizer or its authorized representatives at the Event in order to ensure public order and safety during the Event.
PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS
• People with disabilities may rely on access solutions and facilities within the Event. Both access to the parking lot and the interior of the Event and its restrooms are adapted in order to provide accessibility and comfort to people with disabilities and elderly people.
MEDICAL CARE
• The Event shall have medical assistance. By purchasing the Ticket and accessing the Event, Visitors agree to receive first-aid medical assistance and, if applicable, to be transferred to a hospital in the region to obtain treatment in the event of any medical occurrence on the Event premises that our medical professionals deem appropriate and/or necessary.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS - SURVEILLANCE CAMERA
• Photo and video recordings shall be made during the Event, and it is possible that the Visitor’s image and voice (“Images”) may be captured in such recordings, filming or photographs. Upon entering the Event, the Visitor agrees to the capture, use and exploitation of such Images by the Organizer and its partners, as provided in the Event General Terms and Conditions.
• The Organizer and/or the official Ticket seller reserve the right to verify Visitors’ identities.
• Digital cameras and/or video cameras are permitted at the venue, except for professional an semi-professional equipment. However, audio or video recordings and transmissions of the entirety or of a substantial part of the Event presentations by any means are prohibited.
SMOKING
• Smoking is prohibited in totally or partially covered areas (such as tents, buildings and enclosed places), as determined by State Law No. 13.541/09.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
• The artists and the Organizer may not be held responsible for damages, losses or thefts, nor for any other accident suffered by Visitors at the Event.
OVERVIEW
• The Organizer may be forced to close stages due to weather conditions or other Force Majeureevents. This shall not result in indemnification or partial or full refund of the amount paid for the Ticket, except in the event of cancellation of the Event.
