Terms and Conditions
1. Event Validity
This event is valid from July 1, 2026, at 00:00 (UTC) until September 30, 2026, at 00:00 (UTC).
2. Free Participation
Participation in this campaign is free of charge and does not imply any obligation to purchase or contract any product or service. By registering on the event landing page, each participant automatically receives one (1) chance for the draw, without the need to make a deposit or perform any trading activity. Registration is free of charge through the "Register Now" button.
The additional tasks described in Section 5 are completely optional and are intended solely to grant additional chances. Completing them is not a condition of participation and does not affect the free nature of registration.
3. Local Organization and Responsibility
This Promotion is sponsored by Bybit. The Promotion is organized and offered by Bybit Fintech Limited (BTL), Bybit Virtual Asset Platform Operator Limited (BVPO), and/or the Bybit entity that provides the virtual asset platform or virtual asset exchange services to the participant in the participant's jurisdiction (collectively, "Bybit").
In Argentina, this Promotion is jointly organized by Bybit Fintech Limited (BTL) and/or Bybit Virtual Asset Platform Operator Limited (BVPO), as global organizers, and by Luzpay S.A., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71826002-3, as the local co-organizer and responsible entity for participants domiciled in the Argentine Republic (together, the "Organizer"). Luzpay S.A. assumes direct responsibility toward participants. References to the "Organizer" throughout these Terms include Luzpay S.A. as the local co-organizer for participants domiciled in Argentina, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Eligibility
This event is valid only for legal residents of Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Paraguay, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Bolivia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have a user account on the Bybit platform, and have completed Identity Verification (KYC).
Participants in Argentina already maintain a contractual relationship with Luzpay S.A. under the Terms of Service accepted when registering on the platform. If a user participates simultaneously in more than one promotion, the Organizer reserves the right to grant only the reward corresponding to the first promotion in which the user participated.
5. Tasks, Chances, and Participation Mechanics
Each participant will receive 1 automatic chance upon completing registration for the event, regardless of any other action. Additional chances obtained through Tasks 2 and 3 will be credited automatically. Each participant may accumulate a maximum of eleven (11) chances during the campaign period.
Draw chances may be credited within three (3) days after the corresponding task has been completed. If you experience any issues, please contact Customer Service through the channels set out in Section 10 of these Terms.
- Task 1: Airdrop for First Deposit
Each user who completes a net deposit of 100 USDT during the event period will receive a 10 USDT airdrop. This task is available only to users who have never made a deposit on Bybit or whose cumulative deposits during the last 30 days are less than 100 USDT. The deposit must remain in the account until the reward is distributed; deposits withdrawn beforehand will not be counted. This task is independent of the draw and does not grant chances. If you have already completed a first deposit task or are participating in one through another campaign, the first deposit task will not appear in this event.
- Task 2: Additional Chances for Trading Volume
Users who reach a trading volume of 50,000 USDT in the Spot or Perpetual markets during the event period will receive 1 additional chance for the draw. This task may be completed up to five (5) times, allowing a maximum of 5 additional chances.
- Task 3: Additional Chances Through Referrals
Each user who invites a qualified referral—who must register using the referral code provided on the designated landing page and complete Task 1—will receive 1 additional chance for the draw. This task may be completed up to five (5) times, granting a maximum of 5 additional chances. The referral mechanism operates exclusively through a referral link or personal code; the referrer may not enter the referee's contact details on the platform.
6. Draw Prizes and Inventory
Voucher Inventory. The total voucher inventory available under this Campaign is limited to 4,000 vouchers for Task 1 and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The promotional draw prize consists of 5 types of prizes, with a reference value of 5, 10, 100, or 9,999 USDT. The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrencies, or any other goods or services. Any expenses not expressly included in the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Draw Odds: A total of 1,167 prizes are available in this promotional draw, consisting of a 1 USDT Airdrop (60% probability), a 5 USDT Airdrop (20% probability), a 10 USDT Airdrop (12% probability), a 50 USDT Airdrop (7% probability), and a 9,999 USDT Airdrop (1% probability).
7. Airdrop Distribution and Expiration Date
Users selected as airdrop winners will receive their USDT reward in their Spot or Funding account within thirty (30) business days after completing the task. All rewards must be claimed manually through the Rewards Hub. Awarded rewards will expire fifteen (15) calendar days after they are credited. After this period, the reward will expire and may not be claimed under any circumstances.
8. Personal Data - Organizers
Participants domiciled in Argentina are already customers of Luzpay S.A. and provided their consent for the processing of their personal data at the time of registration on the platform, in accordance with the Privacy Policy accepted at that time.
The personal data collected during registration will also be used to: (i) manage the event and verify participants' eligibility; and (ii) comply with legal obligations and requirements of the competent authorities. No categories of data will be collected beyond those already processed within the existing contractual relationship, with the exception of the winner's image, which will be used for promotional purposes only with the express and separate consent provided at the time of the prize notification.
Participants domiciled in Argentina may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection in accordance with Law No. 25,326 by contacting Luzpay S.A. or by written communication to the legal address indicated in Section 3. The Organizer will respond within ten (10) business days after receiving the request, in accordance with AAIP regulations.
Participants domiciled in Peru are existing users of the Bybit platform and accepted the Privacy Policy at the time of registration, in accordance with Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and its Regulations. The processing of personal data already held is necessary to participate in the campaign and receive rewards. Participants who exercise their right of cancellation with respect to such data will be unable to continue participating. Personal data processed for the purposes of this campaign will be retained for the duration of the campaign plus an additional twelve (12) months. Participants domiciled in Peru may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (ARCO rights) by contacting the data controller through the Bybit Help Center.
9. Disqualification, Modification, and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, including but not limited to money laundering operations, volume falsification, use of multiple accounts, market manipulation, or any similar conduct during the campaign period. The Organizer, including Luzpay S.A. in its capacity as the local co-organizer for Argentina, may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions, only when necessary due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, at the request of a competent authority—including, for Argentina, the Ministry of Commerce, LOTBA, AAIP, or UIF—or pursuant to applicable law. Participants will be notified through the same means used to publish the campaign whenever reasonably possible.
10. Acceptance and Inquiries
Participation in the event implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants may submit any questions, requests for clarification, or complaints regarding this Promotion through the Bybit Help Center available on the Platform or through the official LATAM Instagram account.
